AI in GTM & RevOps: Buy, Build, or Bust?

We’re excited to welcome you to the 5th edition of the "I Am RevOps" meetup, generously hosted by Adyen!

This time, we’re diving into one of the biggest questions in RevOps and AI today:

👉 Should you buy AI tools with built-in agents (like Gong)?

👉 Or build your own with workflow tools like n8n?

👉 Or go with agent builders like Dust?

👉 Or even push for a fully custom build with your engineering team?

With MIT research showing that 95% of enterprise AI projects fail to show value, the stakes are high. Off-the-shelf tools tend to see higher adoption, but custom builds can unlock unique advantages. We’ll explore the trade-offs, share lessons learned, and hear what’s working (and not working) in the field.

This won’t be a panel—this is a roundtable where everyone contributes.
