This sessions theme is celebrating Beltane and salutations to the sun ☀️
Beltane is a celebration of the beginning of summer and new life , a time for lighting inner and outer fires . The gateway to summer .
This sound bath we will be weaving through 174 hz to help balance your root chakra aiding stability and grounding , calmness and inner strength . Expect warm deep tone sounds as we take you on a journey through sound .
We will be starting with a gentle sun salutation then get you comfortable for deep relaxation .
We will be using a range of therapeutic instruments including Gongs , singing bowls , Native American flute , voice , shamanic drum , didge and rain stick .
This session is an inner journey bring along yoga mats comfy clothes and blankets and don’t forget your fluffy socks ❤️
