Oh baby! Growing a baby is beautiful and it can be overwhelming, too. This 4-week prenatal yoga series is designed to meet you exactly where you are, offering gentle movement, breathwork, and community to help you feel more at home in your changing body.
Whether you're in your first or third trimester, you'll find support in every session through mindful movement, guided relaxation, and practical tools to ease common pregnancy discomforts. This is your time to slow down, connect with your baby, and build strength and calm for the journey ahead.
All are welcome— whether you're newly pregnant, trying to conceive, navigating postpartum, or supporting someone on this journey. It’s never too early (or too late) to receive care and connection. You deserve support from the very beginning.
This series is led by Melanie Noel, a highly regarded prenatal yoga instructor and yoga therapist known for her compassionate approach and deep understanding of the pregnant body. With years of experience supporting yoga students and expecting mothers, her classes are a favorite among local moms-to-be for their warmth, safety, and empowering atmosphere.
No prior yoga experience needed—just bring your breath, your belly, and an open heart.
