A Joyful Noise: Mother & Children Singing Class Series

When children see their mothers prioritizing their own well-being in a nurturing setting, it becomes a precious lesson. Young children learn by example, and witnessing self-care helps them develop self-love, too.
Singing is a simple, joyful, and effective tool to soothe your nervous system. Since children co-regulate with their mother's emotions, singing together creates a beautiful, shared sense of calm.
This class is not about being a perfect singer-our space is relaxed and free of performance pressure. It's all about joy, play, and self-expression through song.

Class One:
Fridays 9-10am
Mother and infants 0-1 year

Class Two:
Fridays 10:30-11:30am
mothers and littles 1 year - 4years.

$150. for 6 weeks.
