Adult Bootcamp Workout Series with Kin Fitness

Workout with a view! Join Eric, NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer & Youth Fitness Specialist, for 45 minutes of classic cardio, strength, and core exercises mixed into the perfect combo to keep you on your toes - always challenging, always fun and positive! All levels welcome. $10 drop in or 5 classes for $40. 18+.

Location: Class is beyond the main lawn, across the footbridge in the field between the Trike Yard & Ticket Booth. Give yourself 10 minutes to park, walk, check-in and set up. View is of Cider Hill Farm's iconic hill.
