About the event
May Pet Food Dispersal AND Free Microchip/Vaccine Clinic
Our monthly pet food dispersal will take place on SATURDAY, May 3rd in conjunction with the free microchip and vaccine clinic at the City of Ames Water Treatment Plant from 8-11am.
If your pet does not need a microchip or vaccine, you can come for pet food only.

Appointments are reserved for Ames residents only until April 19th. Out of Ames residents are welcome to apply and will be placed on a waitlist until April 19th. If open spots remain, all waitlisted applicants will be invited to apply on 4/19/25. All communications regarding sign-ups are done by email.
Applications are required so our team can prepare to register your pet's paperwork prior to the clinic date. By collecting your information ahead of time, we'll be able to help the clinic run more smoothly and prevent any delays in getting your pet's microchip registered. Applications should be submitted at: www.cityofames.org/clinic.
