DISCOVER and EXPLORE pathways to higher education and careers in the high-need fields of Agriculture, Education, Entrepreneurship, Healthcare, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics), and Skilled Trades through fun activities all while building career readiness.
Youth will participate in six Spark Workshops, each paired with a career experience from a local business. Families are invited to join an introductory session before the first workshop and later gather to celebrate the academy experience after the final workshop. Childcare for siblings and transportation support is available upon request.
