Co-Parenting: Communication Challenges and Legal Consequences

Effective communication between co-parents is essential for fostering a stable and healthy environment for children.

This presentation will explore the critical role that communication plays in co-parenting.

We will also examine how dysfunctional parenting—such as poor communication, withholding information, or engaging in high-conflict behavior—can negatively impact a court case, from custody determinations to parental rights.
