Women’s Workshop: Hiking, Camping, & Backpacking 101

Join Jen Almeida with Better Together Health and Wellness for this hands-on introduction to hiking, camping and backpacking. In this ladies only workshop you'll practice how to set up a tent, hang a food bag, and get a fire started using flint and steel. You’ll learn how to collect and filter water safely for drinking, as well as learn how to use a backpacking stove and make a simple meal.
