Alex Shillo & Badland's Tribute To Bruce Springsteen

Alex Shillo is a singer/songwriter from New England who performs his original Americana style rock music as well as the music of Bruce Springsteen. Alex and his six member band tour up and down the east coast and parts of the mid west at concert venues and theaters.

Alex Shillo is not an impersonator of Bruce Springsteen, but performs a high level musical tribute to the recordings of “The Boss”.

Alex honed his musical talent as a child muliti-instrumentalist in his father’s recording studio where he learned the art of multi – track recording before the age of ten. He began by recording songs from The Beatles, Rush, Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen and a host of other musical notables. Soon after, he often could be found alone in the studio playing all of the instruments and singing all of the parts for his own compositions. His early interest in recording and performing lead to many garage bands and to an invitation to attend The Hartford Academy for the Arts. In these formative years he developed considerable skill as a stylistic song writer and as an accomplished instrumentalist.

With strong vocal performances as lead singer; his talent as a lead guitarist and his dynamic stage presence combine to create a stage show that is exciting and engaging with audiences..
