We’ll dim the lights, light the candles, and guide you through a moody, music-driven class that blends yoga with the strength and fire of barre. Expect a heated room, flowing sequences, and sweaty barre work to challenge your muscles and build heat—all set to Taylor’s most poetic albums.

Modifications will be offered throughout, so whether you’re here to build strength or simply move with the music, you’re welcome.
