About Ashley:
With a dedicated practice spanning over a decade, Ashley has cultivated a deep connection with Ashtanga Yoga since 2013 and has been sharing her wisdom as a teacher since 2017.
She established Saint Louis Ashtanga Yoga in 2018 and expanded its offerings in 2021 to include Morning Mysore, Led Primary, and Yoga Sutra Discussions. Ashley’s unwavering passion for sharing this transformative practice is matched only by her deep gratitude for the opportunity to do so.
Her background in Physical Therapy and Yoga Therapy gives her a unique set of skills that support students in reaching their full potential while honoring individual anatomy and needs.
