Aerial Fit

Gain strength and skills on our Aerial Silk fabric slings. Recommended for beginners to build the strength to advance into our Beginner Aerial Yoga class. Also recommended for those wanting a fun and different exercise class. Expect a moderately hard hour-long workout. You will be deliciously sore the next morning!
