St. Bernard's Dinner & Wine Pairing Series

Harvest Dinner with Solitude's Executive Chef Chantz Peterson

Join us for a unique culinary experience featuring seasonal menus by top Solitude chefs. Enjoy five courses with individual wine pairings, starting with appetizers and cocktails on the St. Bernard's lawn. Then head inside for main courses and dessert fireside.

Solitude's Harvest Dinner celebrates summer's bounty with dishes featuring seared duck breast, huckleberry demi, and grilled peach cobbler parfait. Winemaker Kent Fortner of Road 31 wines will co-host this dinner alongside Alex Slater of Vine Lore. Dinner is $140, with wine pairings available for $60, plus tax and gratuity.
