Beginners Yoga Workshop

Thinking about trying yoga, but not sure what to expect?

This friendly, foundational workshop is a great way to start, or to come back with more confidence.

We’ll move at an easy pace, exploring a few key poses step by step, with clear guidance, plenty of support, and enough time to make sense of what you’re doing.

The teaching is Iyengar based, well supported and focused on helping real bodies feel steady and at ease, gradually building confidence.

Suitable for complete beginners and anyone returning to practise.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
