Summer Solstice 108

In this class, two teachers will lead you through 108 sun salutations to celebrate the solstice. We'll start with a short warm-up, then move through creative variations of the sun salutation sequence to make this class fun, varied, and achievable. Students are encouraged to take breaks when they need, and to take advantage of our cool down and savasana at the end.
