On the Mat Mondays: Yoga at CrossFit Allendale

Join us for yoga!

These classes are geared toward learning more about mobility, flexibility, and the breath. All levels of experience are welcome. Bring a water bottle and a mat, however extra mats are available! Looking forward to seeing you there!



Steph will be leading our yoga classes. From deep fascia slow flows to heart pumping vinyasas, Steph enjoys teaching a wide variety of yoga; Usually set to a moving or motivating playlist. Her quirky personality leaves room for individuals to focus less on how they’re looking and more on how they’re feeling. Steph encourages students to tune into their bodies (and yes, their emotions) while also having a little fun. Join her at CrossFit Allendale to work through stiffness, begin your yoga journey, or even come learn micro adjustments to level up your already amazing practice. She can’t wait to see you On the Mat!

Steph received her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification in 2017 in Hot Hatha Yoga from the Anuttara Yoga Shala in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
