Join us for a special behind-the-scenes look at Sharp & Sharp Certified Seed as part of this year’s Ag + Art Tour in Allendale County! Located right here in Allendale, Sharp & Sharp is a family-operated seed business committed to producing high-quality certified seed for farms across the region. This is your chance to get an up-close look at what we do and how we do it.
Our tour-only site will open at 3:30 PM, with no vendors on-site — just an educational, engaging experience for folks who want to learn more about modern agriculture. We’ll have a tractor and/or combine pulled out for you to see, touch, and ask questions about. And if there’s interest, we’d love to show you how we use technology — including our smartphones — to efficiently manage our irrigation systems. It's a great opportunity to see how traditional farming and innovation go hand-in-hand.
This stop is part of the SC Ag + Art Tour, a free, self-guided tour of farms and artisans across the state. While Sharp & Sharp Certified Seed is a tour-only location, you can visit three other Allendale County sites earlier in the day to enjoy vendors, local produce, handmade goods, and more:
