Join us for a transformative Sound Journey—a meditative experience where waves of healing sound invite deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and emotional release.


Let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, metal bowls, chimes, and other intuitive instruments guide you into a state of stillness and restoration. This journey is designed to calm your nervous system, open your heart, and reconnect you to your inner self.


🧘‍♀️ What to Expect

You'll be invited to rest comfortably—either lying down or seated—as you’re immersed in a flowing soundscape designed to meet you exactly where you are. The tones and frequencies move through the space to support your body’s natural ability to release, recalibrate, and renew.


🛏 What to Bring

We have chairs, a few yoga mats, and some blankets available. However, comfort is key—so please feel free to bring anything that will help you feel relaxed and supported, such as:


• Your own yoga mat or cushion

• Blanket, pillow, or bolster

• Eye mask or scarf

• Water bottle

• Optional: a journal, crystal, or intention you'd like to hold during the session

Come as you are, leave a little lighter.
