Restoring Balance: Herbal Allies and Radical Practices for Nervous System Health

Most if not all of us have experienced some level of nervous system overload, burnout, etc, leading to depression, anxiety and other issues. Giving our bodies and nervous system true rest and leaning on our wonderful plant allies can do us wonders.

Join us at Red Root Acupuncture and Herbs for a class all about restoring our nervous systems and building resilience with herbal medicine and somatic practices.

Class fee is $50. Reduced-price sponsorships are available on a limited bases. Please reach out if cost is a barrier.

Sponsorships are based upon a balance of students requesting assistance and those who can pay the full class fee and above. You're welcome to contribute more to help fund community access.
