June Soap Making Class

Learn from one of the best in the industry, Roberta Easter, who will guide you through each step and provide you with the tools and skills to create your own soap confidently.

Roberta has designed this class to teach you the basics of cold-process soap making.

First, Roberta, we'll review all your kit's tools. She will then discuss safety, the basic equipment needed, and the basic ingredients for cold-process soap making. She will also discuss different oils and their uses and go over basic terminology.

Second, Roberta will demo a batch of soap so you can understand the flow and familiarize yourself with the process.

Next, Roberta will walk you through the soap-making process step by step as you and your Valentine, friend, partner, etc., craft a 10-bar batch of soap for yourselves.

Lastly, Q & A

Class Includes:

• All soap-making tools, equipment, and supplies.
• A specially formulated recipe for 2.5 lb. of soap (10 bars)
• 2.5 lbs of soap base
• 10-bar silicone soap mold

Classroom Etiquette:

• PLEASE BE ON TIME! Classes will begin promptly to respect the students who are on time.
• Please dress in very comfortable clothing. (Making soap is FUN but can also get very messy).
• For safety, please wear long sleeves and closed-toed shoes.
• Please turn off all cell phones or put them on vibrate during class.
• Please ask questions if there is something you don’t understand or just want to know. I enjoy answering your questions.
