What is a Life Coach and How Can You Benefit

As part of the Dorothy Godtland Lecture Series, the Board of Directors is pleased to present the program "What is a Life Coach and How Can You Benefit?" with Apryl Gorton.

Apryl, an eclectic adventure seeking 58-year-old, is a former middle school teacher, former mental health counselor, and now life coach who has been advocating for people of all ages for over 20 years.

Life is about management and balancing the good and bad that happens to us.

Through Life Coaching, Apryl helps couples build/improve strong relationships, teaches behavior strategies to parents, coaches emotional regulation and communication skills, and supports people who struggle to overcome.

Apryl’s motto, “Everyone is worthy of living a beautiful and balanced life no matter what your past was like, and today is the best day to start walking in a new direction.”

This program will be held on July 24, 2025 from 7-8pm. FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
