Forest Bathing

Forest Bathing is a practice of being in relationship with the world out-of-doors. In Japan it is called Shinrin-Yoku and is medically recognized as a method for addressing human health conditions. In these short sessions you are also introduced to the practices of spiritual ecology where the senses are opened to expand your relationship with the More-Than-Human world. Each session this summer will go to a different ecosystem to introduce you to different areas where you can explore Forest Bathing on your own. Instructions and practice led by Joseph Bailey. Please, no dogs.
