Arketa Foundation's mission is to educate women and girls through empowerment-based self-defense.
Designed to instill skills that will increase awareness, confidence, and safety; this program is focused on violence prevention.
Adults and children 12 years or older. All children must be accompanied by a participating adult.
Participants under 18 require a signed waiver.
