Albany AIDA will be starting its next session of Learn and Practice classes. The topic is Foxtrot and Waltz Continuity; Topics to be covered include:
Learn how to flow rather than stop and go
Learn how to pass the feet cleanly with correct timing
Learn how to do rotary actions without unnecessary arm movements
Learn proper footwork and correct rise and fall
Learn how alignments allow you to move farther with less effort
Understand the basics of Lead and active Follow
Ladies are welcome to learn both parts
This is an 8-week session that will be held on Wednesday nights.
The cost is $20 per class for AIDA members ($30 for non-members)
Prepayment Discount: $140 for members, $200 for non-members
