Truffle season is here... and at Nilla’s Italian Kitchen, that means one thing: it’s time to slow down, gather, and indulge in something truly special.

This year, I’ve created a 5-course Italian truffle dinner—a candlelit evening where each lovingly handmade course is infused with the unmistakable flavour of local black truffles. From the first bite to the final spoonful, every dish honours this rare and exquisite ingredient.

As you step into my kitchen, you’ll be welcomed with wide open arms, just like family, ready to embark on an immersive journey of flavour, connection, and joy.
