Metabolism, Movement and Moods - they are all linked!

Welcome along to the first of our regular community events, designed to bring more of us together to learn, share and be.

Come along and learn how our metabolism impacts more than just the spare tyre we may carry around our midsection or other areas of the body.

This is a hands on, casual workshop where I will be sharing insights and information that will help you better understand what is happening in your body AND some tools and techniques that you can use to help you on your journey to being the best version of yourself.

We will cover:
What metabolic health is
How digestions and inflammation go hand in hand
What to do when you just don't feel like moving but need to
How to utilise aromatherapy, breath and movement to lift our moods and emotions
How to shift stubborn weight and understand why it is there in the first place.

We will be enjoying a cuppa together, making a body scrub or body oil for you to use and you will leave informed and inspired.
