Join us for a one-of-a-kind class at Nilla’s Italian Kitchen, where you’ll learn how to make traditional Pizza from our village, fluffy Focaccia, and beautiful homemade Bread—just like our families have done for generations.
Here’s what makes this class extra special:
Weather permitting, John will fire up our outdoor woodfired pizza oven, and you’ll get to see (and taste!) as your pizza crisps up with the warmth of the oven just like they have done for centuries.
If the weather doesn't behave, don’t worry, you’ll still learn how to cook the perfect pizza in your own home oven.
Due to the time that is required for the respective doughs to rise, I will have each of the doughs prepared for you in advance so that we can get straight to shaping, topping, baking, and eating!
You’ll also be taught how to make the dough from scratch. All that you have to do is bring along a tray for your pizza dough take it home and bake for dinner and impress your loved ones.
Whether it’s the golden focaccia scented with rosemary, rustic bread straight from the oven, or a pizza made with our traditional toppings—this is the kind of food that brings people together and makes memories around the table.
