Restorative Yoga with Reiki-Infused Soundbath

In this 90-minute session, Jósa will guide with a little Reiki warm up before inviting you in for a deep rejuvenation with long-held restorative postures. As you nestle in with your comfy setup with bolsters, blankets and supportive props, you will be immersed in the healing light of Reiki energy. Through the resonant sounds of crystal bowls, rattles, drums, and gongs, the vibrations will penetrate deeply into the cells of your body and mind, supporting renewal from within. A perfect remedy for summer’s awakening and the rebirth of solstice. You will receive as much as you allow in this session… or as a participant in our last session said: “life changing” - there are no limits for the magic possible!

Jósa Goodlife is a dedicated facilitator of Energy Healing Yoga and Sound and has been a part of BR family since 2021.
