Join us for an energetic rebalancing to enter the fall season the most centered way we can. September 21st is International Day of Peace so let's connect to peace for all of us and all sentient beings around us.
The transition from late summer to autumn is a powerful time to receive acupuncture. As we move into autumn, Chinese medicine teaches us to nourish the Lungs, replenish our yin to counter the dryness of the season, and restore the Earth element after the heat of summer. Acupuncture supports the body in letting go and turning inward, in order to enter the next yin phase with supported immunity, balance and resilience.
Combining Yin Yoga and Acupuncture with a sound bath will have a deeply centering and restorative down to evety cell in your body.
Note: Please wear comfortable clothing so Sheila can easily access your legs and elbows. All participants will need to fill out an acupuncture waiver at the beginning of the workshop.
