Resourcing the Fool: Using Tarot for Transformation - Autumn Equinox

In this workshop, you will get an overview of the archetype of "The Fool" card in Tarot and how it can be related to taking leaps our your own lives. The Autumn Equinox is a potent time to harvest the gifts and lessons you planted in the last season and prepare your goals and intentions to incubate over winter so you can be reborn in the spring!

The session will begin by journaling about what leaps you want to take in your life and the obstacles that are in your way. You will then be led through a light yoga practice to help you get comfortable, grounded, and drop from the over-active mind into the body. The session ends with an extended Shavasana (laying meditation) where Courtney guides you into a hypnosis trance to befriend the subconcious mind, closing with some exercises to help further process and deepen your resources. You will leave this workshop relaxed, resourced, and with more clarity around your intention and the tools and confidence needed to leap into what you desire!

No experience of yoga or tarot is required. Extra comfortable yoga clothing is recommended. Although it is not required, if you have a tarot deck, please feel free to bring it. We will have a few decks available to borrow.

About your Teacher:

Courtney Ronca is a certified hypnotist, grief educator, intuitive tarot reader, and healing arts practitioner with a background in mortuary service. With over a decade of experience teaching yoga, breathwork, and meditation, she specializes in supporting people through life’s major transitions—including death, divorce, and big personal changes. She brings a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach that honors each person’s unique journey and inner wisdom.
