Since then, her passion for yoga has lead her to explore, study and practice many different styles.As a practitioner and teacher, she enjoys working with beginning students of all ages. Recently, Cindy started teaching Yoga Nidra, known as yogic sleep. This guided meditation is deeply relaxing and has been used to treat PTSD.She believes that her yoga mat is a microcosm of her life. She looks forward to working with students helping them realize their inner strength and vitality through simple asana practice.
