Does shopping for wine seem intimidating or overwhelming? Finding your perfect wine begins with knowing how to communicate the characteristics of wines that appeal to you. Through a special sensory exercise and wine tasting session, this course explores the key components of wine. Learn about acidity, tannin, sweetness, flavors, and aromas—and see how these attributes manifest themselves in different wine varietals. Then learn about classic wine pairings. Perfect for those who are new to wine or have some knowledge and look to better communicate their preferences. Sensory set, wines, and cheese/snacks included. For ages 21+.
Registration required. $25 for members / $35 for each member guest.
