Soaking in those summer vibes that say, “Slow down, enjoy, you have plenty of time.” Summertime naps are full luxury✨

Join Grace & Esther for a one time luxurious summer 3 hour restorative practice. We will stretch out & use all the favorite props to “slow down & enjoy each moment” followed by a fire journey yoga nidra to reignite your summer flame for the second half of summer. Space will be limited to 16, so sign up early!
