All ticket purchases for The Kahumboo's live event are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure your availability before confirming your booking.

Refunds will only be considered under the following condition:

• If the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizers, attendees will be notified in advance and offered a refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future date.

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• Change of personal plans or scheduling conflicts
• Inability to attend due to travel or health reasons
• No-shows or late arrivals after the event starts
• Unclaimed seats after gate closing time
