A journey into our Soul
When our souls come back to this material world, entering in a heavier vibrational dimension, slowly slowly we loose the memory of what we really are and what is the purpose of our reincarnation. So begins the process of identification with our thoughts, creating what we call the ego, an illusionary being. We start to dive deeper in a subjective reality, overwhelmed by emotions,worries,anxieties, getting away from the reason of our Journey and self-realization.
The first step to reverse the process is becoming aware of our patterns and compulsive behaviours that make us unhappy and destroy our relationship, healing our wounds.
Only then we can come to our true self, listen to our inner voice, discovering our gift, going on our Path.
In the Awareness Breath Journey ancient healing ways merge with new ones as Rebirthing and Holotropic-breath. Through Circular breathing we enter in a non ordinary state of consciousness, a higher reality, in a deeper connection with our souls and a spiritual dimension. We can unblock our Vital Energy, our Kundalini. We realize that every experience we are going through is a teaching and learn how to integrate what we call “negative experience”. We can see our “dark side” and make it a friend,turn it in an ally, becoming stronger and complete in ourselves. We will find again the joy of living, to Love and be Loved, the beauty in us and all around us.

Luca De Santis, is a seeker, a healer and energy-breathworker. He leads many spiritual retreats and experiential workshops across the globe spreading the message of the Loving Presence, the Circle Way.
Being trained as a Rebirther Breathworker by Leonard Orr (the founder and discoverer of the world-wide Rebirthing Breathwork movement) and practicing the Holotropic Breathwork with Stan Grof, Luca has been leading ‘Awareness Breath workshops’ for more than 15 years.
He has been working together with a Native American Elder, Manitonquat-Medicine Story for more than 20 years, spreading the message of ‘Circle way’.
For several years he has being travelling around Mexico, Guatemala, Costarica, Ecuador, Perù and Brazil.
