This training program is not just a 4-days workshop, it comprises proven methodologies and a series of carefully designed steps towards getting the success. It is a comprehensive program divided into phases.

Phase 01(4-days):

The students enroll in the workshop and attend 4-days of extensive training. This includes a detailed explanation of each topic from PMBOK v6. i.e. 5 process groups, 10 knowledge areas, and 49 project management processes. A lot of stuff to learn in 4 days. The students get our tailored material and take a couple of mock tests. This is when we do the assessment of student's exam readiness and based on that the schedule for phase 02 is decided.

Phase 02:

In phase 02, the students get access to my virtual class (PM Google Classroom) and start self-reading. The students get daily assignments and interact with me and our other faculties. They stick to the study plan designed for them, ask questions, clear their doubts and keep taking mock tests until they start scoring beyond the passing level. Phase 02 ends when we review their progress and decide that the student is ready for the exam.

Phase 03(10-15 days):

Now, the students take the membership of PMI and complete the PMP® application. We help the students in this process and make sure that they just focus on their PMP® preparation and our team takes care of these administrative tasks. By the time, the student appears in the exam, not only me, but the students are also confident about the success.
