🎶🐄 MOOOVIN & GROOOVIN! 🐐💃
What is Moovin' and Groovin'? It is a 100% wholesome family friendly rave on the farm! Yep, you heard that right! This will be our 4th Moovin' and Groovin' event and I swear the kids have a better time than the adults. This time we have added some fun additions to the evening to include educational mini-class opportunities, a silent auction, vendors, sensory activity stations, and arts and crafts for people of all ages and abilities.
Located just 10 minutes outside SE San Antonio, in Adkins, TX-Calvary Farms Outreach is a Non-Profit 501 (c) (3) family run farm whose mission is to provide sanctuary for animals in need, create animal education opportunities for people of all ages and abilities, and promote mental well-being through interactive animal experiences and connection with nature. Our goal for this event is to raise $7500 dollars for our 99 forever furry residents to provide hay/feed and vet costs through winter!
Schedule:
5p-830pm:
-Cow/farm animal cuddles at your own pace.
-Educational classes in the picnic area on sour dough starting, mushroom farming, making your own tea with a Master Herbalist, and more!
-Sensory activities and crafts for adults and children of all abilities
-Vendors: Lets support small business!!! We will have some exciting vendors on the farm ready to share their incredible products with you who will also be contributing to our silent auction where 100% of proceeds go back to Calvary Farms Outreach!
-Food trucks- Mama's BBQ and Sno Bros Shave Ice will be on property with their tasty treats.
6pm-10pm the back field will turn into musical wonderland! We are so grateful for Pope Louie, Baeship, JDS Lasers, and Flow ATX for bringing their musical and visual artistry to the farm. It will be a perfect opportunity for connection through self expression, animal interaction, and nature.
