Women’s Rewilding Night is all about embracing your inner strength and reconnecting with your most authentic self.
🌅 We’ll begin at sunset with a powerful Kundalini Yoga flow and guided meditation led by @dr.graciesutcliffe
🎵 Next, @salt.n.peppah will lead us through a soul-shifting Sound Bath experience.
🔥 Finally, we’ll gather around the bonfire with our sisters and let go of what no longer serves us — all while surrounded by the calming presence of farm animals.
