Yin & Pin - The Slow Down

Join Mackenzy & Dr Kate O’Leary for Yin & Pin — the harmonious marriage of two energetic practise which both work on improving the flow of energy through different channels and meridian lines.

Winter invites us to slow down and honour the quiet rhythm of rest and reflection. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this season is connected to the Kidneys — the root of our energy, vitality, and ability to balance effort with ease.

This deeply nourishing Yin Yoga and Acupuncture experience will focus on gently releasing the kidney meridian — inviting restoration of your deepest reserves. Through stillness and support, we’ll soften into the wisdom of winter, creating space to restore energy, release fear, and find rest.

We invite you to switch off from the external noise and tune your senses inward.

Suitable for those with no prior Yoga or Acupuncture experience.
