Come join us for a delightful evening at Main Street Events by 1885. Our executive chef Lauren McCormick has paired 4 delicious Whistle Pig bourbons- including our very own Naughty Pig barrel- designed by the staff and bottled exclusively for 1885 Grill.



First Course: 10 Year Rye paired with smoked cream cheese dip topped with black pepper bacon jam.

Second Course: 10 Year Snout to Tail paired with bourbon BBQ smoked chicken wings.

Third Course: 12 Year Naughty Pig (exclusively made for 1885) paired with crispy BBQ glazed pork belly over aged white cheddar grits.

Dessert: 6 Year Rye paired with s'more cupcakes.
