Yoga Nidra & Breath Work

Nidra/Guided Meditation aims to induce a state of deep relaxation while remaining conscious, bringing the mind and body to a state between wakefulness and sleep (theta brainwave state).
It helps calm the nervous system and release tension and stress.
Benefits include managing chronic pain, improving sleep quality, boosting self-esteem, and reducing anxiety and depression symptoms.

Breathwork involves conscious control of breathing patterns to improve physical and mental health.
It helps shift the body's physiological state from "fight or flight" (sympathetic nervous system) to "rest and digest" (parasympathetic nervous system).
