Beer, Bangers & Brunch: Saturday, June 21st
A Grain Theory Summer Event Series
11:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Upstairs at Grain Theory | Free Entry
We’re keeping the summer rolling with the second installment of Beer, Bangers & Brunch—a once-a-month Saturday brunch series featuring live DJs, local bakery pop-ups, and a kitchen special that gives our regular brunch something a little extra.
Each event takes place upstairs at Grain Theory on our second-story balcony, with open-air seating, cold drinks, and downtown views. The vibe is casual, the music is loud enough to feel without overwhelming conversation, and the food and coffee are on point.
For this one on Saturday, June 21st, we’re excited to welcome DJ Garon Shanks, who’ll be spinning a feel-good blend of funk, house, dance, and classics throughout the event. Whether you’re easing into the weekend or looking for something new to check out with friends, his set is the perfect match for a Saturday in the city.
We’re also featuring a pop-up from MooRue’s Macarons, who will be upstairs with their small-batch, hand-piped macarons in rotating flavors—light, colorful, and a great pairing with both brunch and coffee.
Plus, as part of the event, Chef Rob will be serving a one-day-only kitchen special: Bangers in a Blanket. It’s exactly what it sounds like—Grain Theory’s take on this classic dish, made fresh in-house and only available during Beer, Bangers & Brunch.
You’ll also be able to order from our full brunch menu, take advantage of our $5 mimosa specials, and grab something from the full-service coffee bar while you’re here.
No tickets, no cover—just brunch, music, and a good excuse to hang around longer than usual on a Saturday.
