Begleitet von beschwingten Live-Gesängen des Mantrachor Zürich übst Du achtsam Yogaübungen und Atemübungen angeleitet von Shaktini.
All Deine Lebensenergien werden fliessen und am Ende erfährst Du tiefe Entspannung und innere Harmonie.

Keine Vorkenntnisse nötig; Yogalektion für alle Levels.

Beitrag: 15.– cash / Twint

Mitnehmen: Yogamatte, evtl. leichte Decke, bequeme Kleidung, verschliessbare Wasserflasche

Für Zuhörerinnen und Zuhörer gibt es auch Stühle, um zu lauschen und zu meditieren.
