Kettlebell nejen pro BJJ

Kettlebell je skvělé nářadí pro rozvoj funkční síly a mobility. Proto se zařazuje do silové a kondiční přípravy jiu jitsu atletů. Ale nejen jiu jitsu, všechny bojové s ostatní sporty mohou čerpat z jeho benefitů.
Na semináři se naučíte:
Správné rozcvičení
Správné dýchání
Cviky na mobilitu
Cviky vhodné pro jiujiteiros:
TGU, clean, swing, floor press, one arm deadlidt, apod.
Cílem bude správná technika a dávkování cviků, ale také jak cviky vzájemně kombinovat.

Předchozí zkušenosti s kettlem výhodou.

Omezená kapacita max 12 lidí.
