Taking revision and recycling seriously – a webinar by Hugh Dellar

This practical workshop looks at practical ways of revising vocabulary that could be used on any course. The main ways I will look at are:

– re-doing exercises

– same words different exercises

– re-eliciting / re-formulating texts

– making lexical chains

– student - student tests

– exercises which force students to look back at their notes

– reorganising groups of phrases

– vocabulary quizzes
