As a distiller, he uses the French-inspired process of élevage to nurture house-made heirloom bourbon, developing complex layers of flavor over time. And as a husband, father, and entrepreneur, Brandon brings warmth and humor to every tour, sharing candid stories about building a family and a business at the same time.
