Welcome to “basics with a twist”- classes that bring new depth to tango’s tried and true sequences.
We are beginning our tango journey after a long summer holiday, and its always nice to go back to the basic of tango- reminding ourselves of what we learned, and trying variations to bring some freshness to our dance!
Join Marko and Kristina for a series that explores what you know with a surprise twist, so that you can elevate your dance with quality movement and new combinations that delight!
Class one: 🙅🏻♀️
The holy cross: Offering beautiful embellishments and play on one of tangos iconic steps. Elevate the cross to it’s saintly status. :)
Class two:🥪
Sammič
We are making made to order sandwiches that bring play and music as the main ingredients. Learn how to take and give the lead and create variations that surprise and delight. Only the good stuff- hold the cheese. :)
Class 3:
Ocho: ♾️
Ponder the infinite while we try our hand at a parallel universe- parallel system ochos that is. :) Discover new entrances and shapes that invite more creative possibilities and a more cohesive dance.

You’ve kept up with all the new ideas, (and our silly figures of speech) your tango will find it’s new way- better technique, new ideas on old favorites, playful interludes, and combinations that bring your dance to its next level.
