Masterclass: Community and Resilience: the impact of digital

Let’s face it—managing both our analogue and digital lives can be overwhelming. Workplace loneliness seems to be on the rise. We are constantly bombarded with tasks, notifications, and information, and on top of that we ask Chat GPT some advice about life. It seems that it’s getting harder and harder to feel the sense of community and connection with others. And yet, community is essential for our resilience and wellbeing—something we need now more than ever.
To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, join me on May 14th for a 3 hour masterclass followed by an open discussion on the topic of resilience where we focus on improving digital habits, and strengthen community—both in your personal life and workplace.

We’ll learn:
✅ Strategies to reduce digital fatigue and foster a culture of connection.
✅ Practical tools to strengthen resilience—for yourself and your team if you have one.
✅ A blend of debate, journaling, and interactive learning to apply these insights in real-world scenarios.
Drawing from my experience teaching digital wellbeing both at the University of St. Gallen and to corporate teams since 2021, we can generate ideas that can support our mental wellbeing.
