Free Self-Defense Class

All Genders Welcome No Partner Required

This free, one-hour self-defense class is open to all adults looking to build confidence and learn practical safety skills. Whether you're walking alone at night or just want to feel more prepared in everyday situations, this class offers useful tools in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Led by an experienced instructor, the session includes safety tips, live demonstrations, and time to practice key techniques - no prior experience needed.

What to bring:
- A water bottle
- Comfortable, gym-style clothing
- A readiness to move and learn
